Because ebooks are digital and available instantly after payment, purchases are generally non-refundable.

If you were charged but the book did not unlock, or you were charged twice, email ksridh1@gmail.com with your payment ID within 7 days. We will unlock the book or refund you within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
